Last year, I am addicted to infrared photography.
With my camera, I need really bright light that i often didnt get it in England (except in summer). That is one reason, I stop doing infrared photography after summer last year.
Not like last year, recently i see many peoples doing infrared photography and many of them are superb.

marvelous infared pics.. i'm interested in dabbling with it.. could you reccomend a website/book in which i can get the techniques/etc down? it creates such a magical image.. i've always wanted to try it.

hi there
honestly i dont know which website or book that i can recommend to you.
i found my way doing IR photo by myself and a bit experiment.
All you need is infrared filter (Hoya R 72), focus the object, put the filter in front of your camera, take the shoot (long exposure and low ISO), thats it ... i dont think its really difficult.
ah yes one more thing, you really need one bright day (very good lighting) ...
